U.S. with 24,000 attending Fellowship Church every Sunday.
Change is a necessary catalyst for our growth, maturity and development.
The methodology of the church must change in order to meet the changing
contour of the world around it. In short: Church evolves. As
leaders of the church, we must be willing to facilitate that evolution.
In this talk, we will learn to do church in ways we never thought
possible and discover together what the church can become. |

We believe sustained life change happens best in the
context of community. In community groups, people study God's Word
together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where
they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up.
|

As a part of the landscape our community, we want to be
more than just another building. We want to move out from these walls
and into the streets and serve the greater needs of the
surrounding community. Through our GROUPS ministry, we have created the
Intersect Project as our vehicle to serve. |

This year, we are sending over 1,000 people
overseas to 21 countries on over 80 trips! Intersecting with God's grand
plan for the universe, and having life-changing experiences, which
impacts your view of God, our World, and people in it. We call this the
global "X-factor". |

City Life

At RRM we believe in "doing life" together. We believe that true
spiritual growth is created by celebrating a culture of building
community as the Church. We believe that our city wide Life Groups offer
such an opportunity. Through our Life Groups, spiritual growth and
discipleship take place creating long lasting relationships and
community amongst friends. When you join a Life Group, you’ll
have:
* The opportunity to connect with others in a more intimate fashion.
* The opportunity to apply Biblical principles from God's Word.
* The opportunity to serve with your group during special city church
events
* The opportunity to engage in relevant conversations pertaining to God,
life, and beyond. |

Dr.
Shirley River Coalson introduces "Rice
Bowls." A small group program to provide much-needed meals to great kids
around the world through partnerships with Christian orphanages.
It's pretty simple.. Tell us how many bowls your group needs (they’re
free!) and when you want them. We’ll provide you the bowls for the date
you specify. Then you do the following:
1.Give the bowls out to your small group.
2.Announce a gathering date. (4-6 weeks after start date)
3.Inspire everyone to fill their bowls.
4.Collect the bowls on the gathering date.
5.Break them open and add everything up.
6.Send a check made out to Dr. Shirley River Coalson along with the
return slip.

Announcing our latest Church Plant!

A pub church is a Christian Church which meets in a
public house or similar
establishment. Their purpose is to exist as an
authentic Christian community,
located in a way that is more accessible
to non-churched people.
They understand themselves to be "without the
external trappings of
more traditional churches.
Pastor Shirley River Coalson comments: "If 'church' is what happens when people
encounter the Risen Jesus and commit themselves to sustaining
and
deepening that encounter in their encounter with each other,
there is
plenty of theological room for diversity of rhythm and style, so
long as
we have ways of indentifying the same living Christ at
the heart of every expression of Christian life in common." |

Remember the word of our illustrious founder,
“What are
we going to do now, we’re going global, its time to
bless the whole world."

Our new $195 million dollar expansion is just one
more step along the way to saving the world for Jesus. |

Dear Friends,
I’m so proud, and praise God every day, that we’ve been able to hold
on to and grow our ministry in these VERY difficult economic times…a
time when we’re hearing daily news reports of companies going out of
business and families losing their homes.
It hasn’t been easy going, but God is making it possible for us to keep
growing! Thanks to YOUR involvement and support.
You may help NOW with a gift of an size. You can trust me when I
say that I’ll be watching my mail and praising God for your positive
help and response—without YOU our ministry would very quickly fall.
Thank you for your cherished, honored, and anticipated giving.
Gratefully yours,
Your Pastor, Shirley

Dear Rusty River
Ministries family,
Dr. Shirley River Coalson
would like to thank you for all of your generous giving,
your commitment and your selfless sacrifices that have made 2010 such
and amazing year. In addition, thank you for staying in faith and
believing for God to do great things through the RRM Church!
Because of you, this year we saw over 347,950 people accept Jesus as
their Savior in our weekend services. Hundreds of thousands attended our
live worship events in the United States and around the world, and we
delivered hope to nearly 50,000 people in Dodger stadium and millions
more through the live television event. Without a doubt, 2010 was one of
the greatest years of ministry that we've ever known. We know
that you will help us far exceed last year's triumph for the Lord!
With just a few weekends left in the year, I would like to ask you,
along with the many other families of RRM, to consider a special
year-end gift. We have made it through a very challenging year, and
nothing would prepare our church more for 2010 than to experience a
supernatural outpouring of support.
It is a new season of God’s favor. It is a season to discover and seize
God’s increase on our church and on our lives. I am so excited about
what is to come here at RRM and around the world as we share the hope of
Jesus.
Check below
to give a special year-end gift.
Partner with RRM in the work being done throughout the world. You can
be a part of God's work by donating resources to be used to reach others

Thank you so much for being a vital part of the RRM family.
Expecting God to do greater things,
Dr. Shirley River Coalson

This "RRM calendar" is designed to illustrate just how
far astray the church of today has gone and how far it will go to
attract people into their audiences.
Virtually everything represented on this "calendar" of the fictional RRM
has been taken, and slightly modified, from church websites.
T'ain't funny McGee! it is the reality of the contemporary
