We believe sustained life change happens best in the
context of community. In community groups, people study God's Word
together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where
they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up.
|
City Life

At RRM we believe in "doing life" together. We believe that true
spiritual growth is created by celebrating a culture of building
community as the Church. We believe that our city wide Life Groups offer
such an opportunity. Through our Life Groups, spiritual growth and
discipleship take place creating long lasting relationships and
community amongst friends. When you join a Life Group, you’ll
have:
* The opportunity to connect with others in a more intimate fashion.
* The opportunity to apply Biblical principles from God's Word.
* The opportunity to serve with your group during special city church
events
* The opportunity to engage in relevant conversations pertaining to God,
life, and beyond.
|

As a part of the landscape our community, we want to be
more than just another building. We want to move out from these walls
and into the streets and serve the greater needs of the
surrounding community. Through our GROUPS ministry, we have created the
Intersect Project as our vehicle to serve. |

Remember the word of our illustrious founder,
“What are
we going to do now, we’re going global, its time to
bless the whole world."

Our new $195 million dollar expansion is just one
more step along the way to saving the world for Jesus. |

Announcing our latest Church Plant!

A pub church is a Christian Church which meets in a
public house or similar
establishment. Their purpose is to exist as an
authentic Christian community, located in a way that is more accessible
to non-churched people.
They understand themselves to be "without the
external trappings of
more traditional churches.
Pastor Shirley River Coalson comments: "If 'church' is what happens when people
encounter the Risen Jesus and commit themselves to sustaining
and
deepening that encounter in their encounter with each other,
there is
plenty of theological room for diversity of rhythm and style, so
long as
we have ways of indentifying the same living Christ at
the heart of every expression of Christian life in common." |

And we have JUST BEGUN! |

This year, we are sending over 1,000 people
overseas to 21 countries on over 80 trips! Intersecting with God's grand
plan for the universe, and having life-changing experiences, which
impacts your view of God, our World, and people in it. We call this the
global "X-factor".

 Leading
people of other nations into
a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
What We Do
globalX is Rusty
River's Ministries’
international division. Our
mission is to lead people of
other nations into a growing
relationship with Jesus Christ
by helping international leaders
create environments where people
are encouraged and equipped to
pursue three vital
relationships: 1.
Intimacy with God 2.
Community with Insiders 3.
Influence with Outsiders
Our short-term
trips and other efforts help us
fulfill the vision, mission, and
strategy of North Point
Ministries throughout the world.
Three ways we
accomplish this:
1. Supporting partner
churches by encouraging,
equipping, and serving them and
their neighbors (Church Partner
Development) 2.
Connecting with nationals to
assist and serve their
communities (Justice and Mercy)
3. Equipping business
leaders to become influences in
their cities (Transformational
Business)
In addition, we
help guide people in our church
who are interested in working
overseas through the missionary
process. For more
information about the missionary
process or any of our strategy
areas, click the links to the

Spread
Christ to the Nations. Go on a Mission Trip
A church on the move empowers churches around the world to move in their
nations and communities.
Whether your involvement is with a country that is developed or
underdeveloped, near or far, all nations are in need of a Savior. You
can make a difference that is on the move and that lasts in the global
Church through your involvement.
The International Missions Ministry currently partners with seven
primary strategic initiatives in Cuba, Poland, Central Asia, India, East
Africa, West Africa and Sweden. In addition, International Missions
supports and encourages nearly 50 church members who have answered God’s
call to serve in full-time missions outside the U.S. |

Dear Friends,
Come and Grow with us in this new year. This is a place to find
your identity in Christ and grow in it. Through classes, small group
experiences, and prayer, you will learn who you are, why you were
created, and how you can be witnesses in our daily lives of Jesus Christ
and his love. We want to ignite in all God's children a sense of
calling to demonstrate to all extraordinary kindness, attentiveness and
compassion.
God Loves You and So Do I!
Your Senior Pastor, Shirley

Just cut and paste it into the message you want to send to a friend.
Dear Friend,
Do you ever feel like you need to be rescued? I would like to invite you
to join me at the Rusty River Temple during this post-Easter season.
Pope Rusty, will be giving a message entitled The Greatest Rescue.
Dr. Shirley River Coalson message of hope and promise to encourage anyone in need of
rescue. I hope you'll consider joining me this month in launching
our Servolution program. |

Dear Rusty River
Ministries family,
Dr. Shirley River Coalson
would like to thank you for all of your generous giving,
your commitment and your selfless sacrifices that have made 2010 such
and amazing year. In addition, thank you for staying in faith and
believing for God to do great things through the RRM Church!
Because of you, this year we saw over 347,950 people accept Jesus as
their Savior in our weekend services. Hundreds of thousands attended our
live worship events in the United States and around the world, and we
delivered hope to nearly 50,000 people in Dodger stadium and millions
more through the live television event. Without a doubt, 2010 was one of
the greatest years of ministry that we've ever known. We know
that you will help us far exceed last year's triumph for the Lord!
With just a few weekends left in the year, I would like to ask you,
along with the many other families of RRM, to consider a special
year-end gift. We have made it through a very challenging year, and
nothing would prepare our church more for 2010 than to experience a
supernatural outpouring of support.
It is a new season of God’s favor. It is a season to discover and seize
God’s increase on our church and on our lives. I am so excited about
what is to come here at RRM and around the world as we share the hope of
Jesus.
Check below
to give a special year-end gift.
Partner with RRM in the work being done throughout the world. You can
be a part of God's work by donating resources to be used to reach others
with the message of Jesus Christ.
Thank you so much for being a vital part of the RRM family.
Expecting God to do greater things,
Dr. Shirley River Coalson

Pastor Shirley thanks you for your support. As many
thousands of you have inquired, let us say we'll soon update this
very outdated picture. We have yet to find time in our very
busy schedule of meditation and contemplation to sit for a fresh one. |

This "RRM calendar" is designed to illustrate just how
far astray the church of today has gone and how far it will go to
attract people into their audiences.
Virtually everything represented on this "calendar" of the fictional RRM
has been taken, and slightly modified, from church websites.
T'ain't funny McGee! it is the reality of the contemporary
"church." |
