Don't forget, before and after each and every service our very own
Radiant Cafe
is open serving the very best of the very finest drinks
(AND that includes STARBUCKS!) and cuisine there is.
Located in the lobby, our coffee shop proudly
brews all the Starbucks favorites! With specialty breakfast foods,
burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. It’s the perfect place to grab a
quick meal before service or hang out with your friends afterwards.
Proceeds go toward financing our foreign missions.
Drive Thru Latte Stand
Located just outside the south entrance to the building. Start your day
with the smooth, sweet flavors of Radiant Cafe's Best! We also offer
delicious breakfast sandwiches and a variety of treats and pastries.
Volunteer Opportunity!
Do you love the coffee shop environment? This could be the perfect place
for you to volunteer - we're looking for cashiers and baristas to help
out on the weekends! If you're interested, just contact one of our staff
and get started this week!

First Care Ministry offers love, compassion, wisdom and
understanding to any individual in a crisis pregnancy with no
regard to race, religion, marital or economic status. It
provides free counseling, pregnancy tests, sonograms and mother
and baby necessities. First Care shares the gospel of Jesus
Christ with each client. In the year 2010, 194 clients made
professions of faith and 371 had a change of heart, deciding to
give the gift of life to their child. Last year, First Care’s
five Pregnancy Care Centers had over 12,212 client visits. First
Care also provides counseling. and support for post-abortion
trauma. |

RRM’s Compassion and Justice
Ministries help us live out Jesus’ kingdom values by
fighting poverty and injustice, both locally and globally. From
serving at our local food pantry or packing meals to feed
children in Africa, when you step up to serve, God can use you
in ways you never expected. Serving not only honors God, but
also allows great relationships to develop. With a commitment to
fight poverty and injustice, Willow Creek partners with
wholistic churches and organizations both locally and around the
world. |

For our weekend services, Ed and Lisa Young, Pastors of
Fellowship Church will talk on Sexperiment
Marriage is designed by God to be one man and one woman. But
what holds that bond together? In their newest book,
Sexperiment, Ed and Lisa Young get readers back to the original
design for having an intimate relationship according to God. And
by challenging husbands and wives to strengthen their
connection, the book helps strengthen marriages and unite the
bond of matrimony.

Announcing our latest Church Plants!
A pub church is a Christian Church which meets in a
public house or similar
establishment. Their purpose is to exist as an
authentic Christian community, located in a way that is more accessible
to non-churched people.
They understand themselves to be "without the
external trappings of
more traditional churches.
Pastor Shirley River Coalson comments: "If 'church' is what happens when people
encounter the Risen Jesus and commit themselves to sustaining
and
deepening that encounter in their encounter with each other,
there is
plenty of theological room for diversity of rhythm and style, so
long as
we have ways of indentifying the same living Christ at
the heart of every expression of Christian life in common."
Church Brew Works
Our
slogan is, “and on the eighth day…man created beer!”
An historic church is not the first place you
think of for a delightful dining experience, but a lovely old 1903
church has found a new life as The Church Brew Works, a combination
church, restaurant and brewery. What better place to meet Jesus.
The beautiful stained glass windows give a romantic glow to the huge 150
seat dining room where diners can sit in the original pews. While
a good selection of wines and spirits is available, the huge gleaming
stainless steel and copper brew vessels are too tempting to resist. It
is hard to choose between the award winning specialty beers, but “Pious
Monk Dunkel” is a one good one to try.
The menu features sandwiches, pizzas, and a wide variety of starters and
entrees. Pierogie are featured, but selections also include
Buffalo and Wild Mushroom Meatloaf and a beautifully prepared Bourbon
Glazed Salmon with Sweet Potatoes. Prices are reasonable, and the staff
is friendly and helpful.
For anyone who loves history and good food, this is the perfect place to
church, drink and dine in this lovely old building. |
Dear Rusty River
Ministries family,
I would like to thank you for all of your generous giving,
your commitment and your selfless sacrifices that have made 2010 such
and amazing year. In addition, thank you for staying in faith and
believing for God to do great things through the RRM Church!
Because of you, this year we saw over 347,950 people accept Jesus as
their Savior in our weekend services. Hundreds of thousands attended our
live worship events in the United States and around the world, and we
delivered hope to nearly 50,000 people in Dodger stadium and millions
more through the live television event. Without a doubt, 2010 was one of
the greatest years of ministry that we've ever known. We know
that you will help us far exceed last year's triumph for the Lord!
With just a few weekends left in the year, I would like to ask you,
along with the many other families of RRM, to consider a special
year-end gift. We have made it through a very challenging year, and
nothing would prepare our church more for 2010 than to experience a
supernatural outpouring of support.
It is a new season of God’s favor. It is a season to discover and seize
God’s increase on our church and on our lives. I am so excited about
what is to come here at RRM and around the world as we share the hope of
Jesus.
